Return Window

You may return eligible items within 30 days of the delivery date for a full refund to your original payment method.

Items returned after the 30-day window will be assessed on a case-by-case basis and, when accepted, credited as store credit.

Eligibility

To qualify for a return, items must be:

  • Unworn, unwashed, and unaltered.
  • In their original condition with all tags, packaging, and accessories.
  • Free of perfume, deodorant, stains, or signs of use.
Non-returnableFinal sale items, underwear, swimwear, personalized pieces, and gift cards are not eligible for return or exchange.

Return Process

  1. Email returns@valinoshop.com with your order number and the item(s) you would like to return.
  2. We will issue a prepaid return label within 24 hours (U.S. only) or return instructions for international orders.
  3. Pack the item securely in its original packaging and drop the parcel at the indicated carrier location.
  4. Once received and inspected, refunds are issued within 5–7 business days.

Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the refund to your statement.

Exchanges

We currently process exchanges as a return + new order. Place the new order for the item you want and we will refund the original purchase once the return is received — this ensures your new size or color is reserved before it sells out.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos. We cover all shipping costs for these cases and prioritize a replacement or full refund.

Return Shipping Costs

  • United States: One complimentary prepaid return label per order.
  • International: Return shipping is paid by the customer unless the return is due to a Valinoshop error.
  • Items returned without prior authorization may be refused at our warehouse.

International returns

For orders shipped from our international fulfillment partners, transit back to our return-processing center takes 10–20 business days. To keep your refund moving, please email returns@valinoshop.com with your order number and clear photos of the item before you ship. In many cases we can authorize a refund or replacement without requiring the international return — particularly for low-value items or damage claims — which is faster for you and better for the planet.
