Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service form a binding agreement between you and Valinoshop LLC. By browsing, creating an account or placing an order on valinoshop.com, you confirm that you have read and agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, our Shipping Policy and our Refund Policy.

If you do not agree with any part of them, please do not use the site.

Eligibility & Account

• You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to place an order.
• You are responsible for keeping your account information accurate and your login secure.
• We may decline or cancel an order in case of suspected fraud, inaccurate information or stock issues. If we cancel, you receive a full refund.

Products & Pricing

All prices are shown in U.S. dollars (USD). Taxes, where they apply, are shown at checkout. Import duties are explained in our Shipping Policy. We may correct pricing errors and update product descriptions, photographs or availability at any time. If an order was placed at an incorrect price, we will contact you before it ships.

Colors and textures can look slightly different depending on your screen.

Orders & Payment

Your order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we dispatch it. Until then we may cancel and refund it, for example if an item becomes unavailable.

We accept major credit and debit cards, Apple Pay and Google Pay (processed by Stripe), and PayPal and Venmo (processed by PayPal). All payments are handled by PCI-DSS compliant providers; we never see or store your full card number.

Intellectual Property

The content on valinoshop.com, including copy, design, logos and trademarks, belongs to Valinoshop or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark and other laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify or create derivative works from our content without our written consent.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the site for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose.
• Interfere with the site's operation, security or infrastructure.
• Scrape or harvest user data or product information without permission.
• Upload or transmit malicious code or misleading content.

Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

The site and products are provided "as is" and "as available". To the maximum extent permitted by law, Valinoshop disclaims all implied warranties and is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of the site or products.

Our total liability will not exceed the amount you paid for the product in question. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have under consumer protection laws that cannot be waived.

Indemnity & Governing Law

You agree to indemnify and hold Valinoshop, its affiliates and personnel harmless from any claim arising from your breach of these Terms. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be resolved in the competent courts of New Castle County, Delaware.

EU and UK consumers keep their statutory right of withdrawal and any other rights under their local law, in addition to the rights in our Refund Policy.

Changes & Contact

We may update these Terms to reflect changes in our services or the law. The date at the top shows the latest version; continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
