Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service form a binding agreement between you and Valinoshop. By browsing, creating an account, or placing an order on valinoshop.com, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and our Refund Policy.

If you do not agree with any provision, please discontinue use of the site.

Eligibility & Account

• You must be at least 18 years old — or the age of majority in your jurisdiction — to place an order.
• You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information and the security of your password.
• Valinoshop may decline, refuse, or cancel any order in case of suspected fraud, inaccurate information, or stock issues.

Products & Pricing

All prices are shown in U.S. Dollars (USD) and do not include applicable taxes, duties, or shipping, which are calculated at checkout. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and to modify product descriptions, photographs, or availability at any time without notice.

Minor variations in color or texture may occur as displays render differently across devices.

Orders & Payment

Your order is an offer to buy. We confirm acceptance when the order is shipped. Until then, we may cancel and refund the transaction (for example, if the item becomes unavailable).

We accept Shopify Payments, major credit cards, PayPal, Shop Pay, and Apple Pay. All transactions are processed securely through PCI-compliant providers.

All content on valinoshop.com — including product photography, copy, typography, logos, and trademarks — is the exclusive property of Valinoshop or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from our content without prior written consent.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be resolved in the competent courts of New Castle County, Delaware.
