Care guide

How to keep your Valinoshop pieces beautiful for years — simple rituals that pay back in longevity and polish.

01

Leather

Wipe clean with a dry microfiber cloth after use. Condition with a neutral leather cream every 3–6 months. Avoid direct sunlight, radiators, and prolonged moisture. Store bags upright in their dust bag, stuffed lightly with paper to hold shape.

02

Knitwear

Hand-wash in cold water with a wool-safe detergent; press out water (never wring) and dry flat on a towel. Store folded, not hung, and de-pill with a cashmere comb as needed.

03

Silk & delicate fabrics

Dry-clean for best results. For at-home care, hand-wash in cool water with a silk-specific detergent, roll in a towel to remove moisture, and hang away from direct sun. Iron on the reverse side at low heat.

04

Denim

Wash sparingly — every 10–15 wears — turned inside out, in cold water. Air dry to preserve fit and color. For minor refreshes, steam the garment on a hanger.

05

Tailoring & wool

Brush with a soft garment brush after each wear. Hang on a curved wooden hanger to preserve the shoulder. Dry-clean at the end of the season only; over-cleaning breaks down the cloth.
