Valinoshop LLC is based in South Portland, Maine. Our small team handles product selection, customer care, and order follow-up from the United States. Orders are packed and shipped by carefully selected fulfillment partners, most of them outside the United States.

How we source

Every product is chosen by our team and reviewed for quality and customer feedback before it is listed. Most of our products are unbranded. Where a product carries the name of the company that makes it, we show that name so you know exactly what you are buying. We are an independent store, not affiliated with any maker, and we do not sell designer or luxury brands or copies of them. Accessories that name a device, such as a case for iPhone, are compatible accessories and are not made by that device's manufacturer.

How we ship

Standard shipping is free on every order. Most orders ship from our international fulfillment partners, and items marked “Ships From: United States” ship from a U.S. warehouse. Most orders are dispatched within 1–3 business days, then delivered in about 5–12 business days in the United States and 10–20 business days internationally. Every order is tracked. Returns and support

You can return eligible items within 30 days of delivery, and U.S. orders get one free prepaid return label. If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and we will send a replacement or a full refund. Full details are in our Refund Policy.
