Answers to the questions our clients ask most — from shipping and returns to product care, account help, and secure payment.
Orders & Shipping
How long does it take to process my order?
In-stock items ship within 1–2 business days. Personalized or made-to-order pieces take 3–5 business days. Orders placed after 14:00 EST, on weekends, or public holidays are processed the next business day.
How will I know my order has shipped?
You will receive an email with a tracking link the moment your parcel leaves our facility. You can also follow your order from the Track my order page.
Can I modify or cancel my order?
Yes — if you reach us within 2 hours of placing it. After that, the order moves to our warehouse and can no longer be changed. Email support@valinoshop.com with your order number (#VS…) as soon as possible.
Do you ship internationally?
We ship to most countries worldwide. Cross-border shipments may be subject to import duties or taxes paid to the carrier on delivery — see our Shipping Policy for the full list.
Returns & Refunds
What is your return window?
30 days from the delivery date for a full refund. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached. See the full Refund Policy for details.
How do I start a return?
Email returns@valinoshop.com with your order number and the items you wish to return. We issue a prepaid label within 24 hours (U.S. only) or return instructions for international orders.
When will I receive my refund?
Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after our warehouse receives and inspects your return. Credit/debit cards typically take an additional 5–10 business days to post to your statement.
Are exchanges available?
We process exchanges as a return + new order. Place a new order for the replacement item — we will refund the original purchase as soon as the return is received. This guarantees the new size/color before it sells out.
Are sale and final-sale items returnable?
Final sale items marked as such on the product page are not eligible for return or exchange. Regular-sale items follow our standard 30-day return window.
Product & Care
How do I find my size?
Every product page includes a detailed size guide and, where relevant, a Find my size assistant. Still unsure? Email our client care team with your measurements and we will recommend the best fit.
Are materials ethically sourced?
Valinoshop works with certified mills and tanneries and continuously audits our supply chain for ethical labor, responsible sourcing, and reduced environmental impact.
How should I care for leather and premium pieces?
Each item ships with a dedicated care card. For leather, avoid direct sunlight and moisture and condition with a neutral leather cream every 3–6 months.
Account & Login
Do I need an account to place an order?
No. You may check out as a guest. An account lets you track past orders, save addresses, and speed up future checkouts.
I forgot my password — how do I reset it?
Use the "Forgot password" link on the login page. We send a secure reset link to the email on file; it expires in 30 minutes.
How do I update my address or payment details?
Log in to your account, go to Profile, and edit the information in place. Changes apply to future orders only.
Payment & Security
Which payment methods do you accept?
Credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Discover), PayPal, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. All transactions are processed through PCI-compliant gateways.
Is my payment information secure?
Yes. All transactions are encrypted with TLS and processed by PCI-compliant providers. Valinoshop does not store full card numbers on its servers. Read more in our Privacy Policy.
Do you offer installment payments?
Yes — Shop Pay Installments is available at checkout for eligible U.S. orders. Choose between four interest-free payments or longer-term options.
