Order Processing

Every order is reviewed, quality-checked, and carefully packed at our fulfillment center before it ships.

  • Standard processing: 1–2 business days for in-stock items.
  • Personalized or made-to-order pieces: 3–5 business days.
  • Orders placed after 14:00 EST, or on weekends and public holidays, are processed the next business day.
TipYou will receive an email confirmation the moment your order is handed to the carrier, with a tracking link.
Where your order ships from. Valinoshop runs a dual-origin model. Items tagged origin-us ship from a domestic warehouse (3–6 business days within the US). Items tagged origin-international ship from one of our vetted overseas fulfillment partners (transit typically 10–20 business days). The origin and ETA are shown on every product page so there are no surprises at checkout.

Final shipping costs are confirmed at checkout based on destination, weight, and service level chosen.

Tracking Your Order

Once your parcel leaves our facility, you will receive a tracking number by email. You can also follow your order in real time from the Track my order page.

Please allow up to 24 hours for carrier tracking information to activate after shipment.

International Orders, Duties & Customs

Cross-border shipments may be subject to import duties, taxes, and brokerage fees determined by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are paid directly to the carrier or customs authority on delivery.

Valinoshop has no control over and cannot estimate these charges in advance. We recommend consulting your local customs office for more information before placing an order.

Address Changes & Undeliverable Parcels

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If a correction is needed, contact us within 2 hours of placing your order; after that, the carrier controls the shipment.

If a parcel is returned to us as undeliverable (incorrect address, unclaimed, refused), we will contact you to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping fees may apply.

Lost or Damaged Shipments

If your parcel has not arrived within the expected window, please email support@valinoshop.com with your order number. We will open an investigation with the carrier within 24 hours.

Damaged on arrival?Please photograph the packaging and item and contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can ship a replacement or issue a refund.

Shipping Restrictions

We do not currently ship to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO military addresses, or sanctioned territories. If your region is not available at checkout, please contact us and we will do our best to find a solution.
