Can I track my order?
Yes — a tracking link is emailed as soon as your package leaves our fulfilment partner. You can track it end-to-end through your Shop app or the carrier's site.
What is your return policy?
30-day returns from delivery. Items must be unused, in original packaging, with tags attached. Start a return from your order confirmation email or the contact page. Refunds are issued within 3–5 business days of us receiving the return.

Is my payment secure?
All payments are processed by Shop Pay on Stripe's PCI-compliant infrastructure. We never see or store your card details. Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal, and all major cards are accepted.
What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo. We'll send a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you.
